American Brewpub Concepts
Industrial Theme
This combines the "warehouse" feel of a building with the simplicity of industrial fittings from the brewing process. This style if very simple with special attention paid to metal finishes and styling, combined with good use of height and brick / stone finishes to give an overall industrial feel to the concept. This is a particularly suitable concept for high volume locations such as university towns, adjacent sports facilities, etc. |
Rustic Theme
This style combines a textured rustic design style with the brewpub concept. The rustic style encompasses the use of brick and plaster finish combined with timber beams to give a "New England / Boston" style feel to the atmosphere. It uses the same principles as the "Irish Cottage Concept" to give the style a tavern and homey atmosphere. |
Contemporary Theme
This style combines a modern design interior with the Brewpub concept. The interior uses sleek lines with use of height, different levels and feature design elements based on the brewpub equipment, with lots of curves to give sleek lines or fluid style to the concept. The furniture and lighting are generally modern with use of strong block colors throughout the scheme to give an overall contemporary minimalist style interior.

Irish Brewpub Concepts
Dublin Victorian Style
With its attention to ornate detail and insistence on quality craftsmanship, the Dublin Victorian Style pub is modeled after the good old days of comfort, hospitality and enjoyment. The interior was generally lavish, with used made of beveled mirrors, stained glass, elaborate floor tiling and brass work. The brewing system is of warm polished copper and can be situated as part of the back bar, or in an independent area. The beer can be served through pull handle type engines to give that authentic feel. |
Shop Style
This scheme emanates from small rural communities where the pub or shop was the focal point of the community with many combined businesses (eg: grocers, post office, etc. all operating under one roof). The interior is functional with the use of benches, paneling and timber and stone flooring, along with fireplaces or pot-bellied stoves to add character. This is a strong concept to theme individually to your property. |
Irish Brewery Style
This
scheme harks back to the original brewery look with use of
stone floors, vaulted ceilings and brick walls combined with
industrial style joinery and furniture. It is a place of
tradition and interest that combines well with the brewery
system. |
