This Utility Package includes the following component parts of the system; The brewhouse vessels and components are all installed and marked for future assembly on-site. Electrical and thermocouple wiring is completed at DME, the customer must bring power to a junction box on the back of the work platform. Piping: All sanitary piping is made of T304 s/s, pre-fitted, then disassembled for shipping. All fittings, gaskets and s/s butterfly valves are included. This pre-fabrication of process and CIP lines reduces installation time and contractor cost and ensures proper fits and quality checks at DME. Liquor blending System: Temperature indicator and mixing valves allow brewer to adjust brewing liquor temperature. System includes Thermometer and inline thermometer mount, control valve for hot liquor, control valve for cooling water, flow meter, and pipe-work combining hot liquor and cooling water lines. This system is pre-assembled at DME's factory, the brewhouse vessels are equipped with adjustable footpads. The entire brewhouse is dissassembled for shipping and easy entry into the building then reassembled on-site.
